This house is really coming along. The new roof was put in, and the master bedroom looks awesome. We also finished all the siding around the rear, as well as new plumbing, electric and
HVAC. It turns out the
HVAC that was in the house wasn't run correctly, so we just took it out and did it again.
This week, we're working on finishing all the trim, painting and tile. I wanted to experiment with using more exciting colors, so I picked a whole bunch of new colors for this project. They should go up tomorrow- I can't wait to see them. If one or two doesn't look great, we'll just have it repainted.
We moved the powder room to the left side of the main floor because it was blocking two huge windows. Here's the new framing and drywall.
Here's a wider shot of the main floor. I still can't get over how big this rowhouse is. I think I'll measure it up today- it's got to be at least 3000+ SF.
This is the new master bedroom. The ceiling is at least 10 ft high.
This is the new tiling and jacuzzi in the hall bathroom.
This shot shows the balcony off the master bedroom and the new siding.
This is another house directly across the back alley. I think these people did an amazing job with the renovation. It appears to be two separate condos (it has two satellite dishes and two balconies). I love the rooftop deck, too. Next project I do where we have a little bit more room in the budget, I'm going to make it look like this one.
