We finished I St last Monday, and the property went on the market on Tuesday morning. In the next 5 days, we had 10 showings, and one great offer. We took it, and I'm happy to announce that this property is now under contract. We are set to settle in the beginning of February. The next few days we're working on fixing and adjusting all the little things (nothing major) that came up during the buyer's home inspection.
