These condos are so close to being done, I can taste it. We ordered all the granite today and should be wrapped up with the project in about two weeks. Although we've had delays, we're probably going to hit the market at a better time of the year, so it should work out.

Outside the property, we built an awning over the front door to add some curb appeal. We also put up the picket fence, which will be painted white over the next few days. We also need to put up the black shutters in front of the property.

We put down new slate tiles on the walkway up the front door. This picture was taken before they were grouted and the edges defined- they look much better now.

All of the toilets and vanities are in. The bottom two units got white vanities, and the top two units got black. We wanted to give a buyer a choice. Here are the white ones:

The upstairs kitchens have cinnamon-colored cabinetry. All four kitchens have breakfast islands. In this kitchen, the corner cabinet will be all glass.

This is the downstairs kitchen cabinet color.

Next week is a big one- we should be done! We haven't yet decided whether to put appliances in all the units, or to put them in one as a model.
