We finished this house in the last week of May and we're very pleased with the finished product. It's really the only house in this area to offer a Jacuzzi tub, kitchen island, recessed lights and a whole bunch of other higher-end features. We also set the price competitively and offered both closing help and an agent bonus. Here are the finished pics:

Another nice job! I didn't see an 'after' picture of the bay windows. At any rate, I may just have to hire you guys to come do a place for me once we find one. You do good work.
