2413 W. Lanvale- Paint

We've finally come to a major milestone in any rehab- paint! Most of the upstairs bedrooms and the kitchen are painted and look amazing. Although it was a lot more time and work (and money), drywalling the whole house was definitely the way to go.

Here's a picture of the same bedroom/office that is shown in the previous post. Notice the new trim around the floor.



Today was also a big day because we put in the kitchen cabinets. Here's the left side of the kitchen:

Drywalling the skylights was a major project because of all the angles. It took a while, but came out looking better than new:




In the next post, look out for new countertops, finishing the paint and trim, and installing the vanities, toilets and mirrors in the bathrooms. After the paint is done, we'll also start putting in the ceiling fans.
